I am a decision/systems architect who diagnoses how systems, processes, and organizations actually behave and then builds the structures needed for them to operate with clarity and consistency. My work blends pattern recognition, drift detection, KPI architecture, and cross-domain system modeling to expose where decisions break down and how to rebuild them. I began as a writer and editor, developing precision with narrative, structure, meaning, and the mechanics of communication. Later, through intelligence analysis, applied statistics, and systems architecture, I built a complementary discipline rooted in pattern recognition, measurement logic, and quantitative modeling. These two trajectories converge into a single capability: the ability to translate between technical systems, human workflows, and executive intent with clarity. I can map ambiguous problem domains, express them in clean conceptual and mathematical structures, and then articulate those structures in a way that users, engineers, and leadership can all act on. This model is a deterministic job-competitiveness engine that evaluates how well a résumé matches a specific job posting. When a user uploads a job ad and a résumé, the model estimates applicant volume, identifies competitive archetypes, compares the applicant against those archetypes using ATS logic, and produces both a canonical JSON object and a clear Markdown summary. The output includes estimated applicant count, archetype models, applicant viability, ranking, and a concise value statement.

COOKIEMONSTER is a performance-evaluation framework I designed to bring structure, context, and statistical integrity to organizational metrics. Traditional measurement systems often assume normality, misuse arbitrary benchmarks, and compare incompatible categories, leading to misleading insights and poor decision-making. COOKIEMONSTER addresses these flaws by integrating nonparametric methods, rolling-window deviation analysis, growth-rate transformation, and statistical baseline testing into a unified evaluative engine. The model converts multivariate performance data into standardized behavioral signals, allowing leaders to see drift, instability, and structural change across all performance domains in a single coherent view. The artifact presented here outlines the conceptual architecture and logic flow of the system and serves as the foundation for the operational model currently in development..

Analytic Framework: 2016-2021 Examples

This summary captures a multi-year body of process improvement and analytical work performed across NSA mission units from 2016 to 2021. It documents how recurring operational problems—ranging from performance comparisons and onboarding inefficiencies to measurement-system design and trend diagnostics—were addressed using structured Lean Six Sigma methods, statistical evaluation, and business analysis. The work was performed to help leadership understand system behavior, resolve ambiguous or misleading metrics, and develop evidence-based decision frameworks that could scale across organizations. By applying root-cause analysis, risk modeling, and evaluative measurement logic to diverse operational questions, these efforts provided leaders with clearer insight into performance, failure modes, and modernization opportunities, and they established repeatable methods for diagnosing complex systems across the enterprise.
